Iconography can be captured through an illusion; Laura Harsh’s work only needs a thousand words. As a photographer, what Miss Harsh aspires to capture is the imagery of humanity in its trustiest essence; through its authenticity. As a prospective graduate from Hood College, in Frederick Maryland, with a degree in studio art, Harsh captures in a camera what many people tend to look for in life. With her previous education from Hagerstown Community College photography program, Harsh crosses the many dimensions of studio art, and now into the imagery with the good, the bad, and let’s face it, the truth of what we look at in the mirror! The capstone of any professional is being a pioneer; however it is Laura Harsh’s objective with use her talent in photography to bring into to focus the essence of a the value of a picture.
